Dear friends of Altiorem!
It has been a little while since our last update. We can assure you that when we are the quietest, we are working the hardest!
We mentioned in the last update that we were working on:
- finalising the webdesign and starting the website build,
- automating the on-boarding process;
- preparing our fund raising campaign plan;
- updating our business plan; and
- reaching out to universities who can offer Altiorem as a volunteering opportunity to their students.
We are happy to report that we have made good progress on all these fronts except for the last point, as we are waiting until the on-boarding process is fully tested and locked down. We will be ready for this in next couple of weeks when we iron out some final technical issues. We can’t wait to push that button!
Since we started this venture, Altiorem has evolved and solidified significantly while maintaining its core mission. We have been delighted to share that evolution with you and think our updated business plan presentation summarises Altiorem better than anything we have produced to date. It lays out the issue we are trying to solve, the way we intend to do it, the website user experience and our plan for financial sustainability.
